Elder Richard Brown

In any sphere of life, eighty three years old is an occasion worthy of acknowledgement and a grand celebration. I am indeed proud to be a part of this body of Christ at such a time as this, as we pause to give thanks and praises to God for bringing us this far even though there is still some distance left to travel. I use this medium to welcome those who are joining us for our homecoming event. I also want to take the time to acknowledge all those who contributed to this church over the years with your hardwork, commitment, dedication, time, talents and treasure. Some are sleeping with their ancestors and some are still here with us today, as we look forward to that day when Christ shall return to give everyone according as his work shall be. As we celebrate these occasions, let us not lose focus. The mission continues as we seek to rescue the perishing and care for the dying. Let us continue to serve God, keep His commandments, as this is the whole duty of man. Happy 83rd birthday to the SDA Church Siloah and happy homecoming to one and all. May God continue to lead and bless us.
